Important note on battery care
To ensure a long battery life, the battery must be fully charged at least once a month .
When the charge level is low, the tractor signals this by driving briefly and stopping after a few meters.
Failure to do so can lead to deep discharge and irreparable damage – these are not covered by the warranty.
Instructions for battery disposal
When selling batteries or devices containing batteries, we are legally obliged to point out the following:

You must return used batteries to suitable collection points or to us.

The symbol of the crossed-out trash can means that batteries must not be disposed of in household waste .

Chemical symbols on the batteries indicate the presence of harmful substances:

Pb = Lead > 0.004% by mass

Cd = Cadmium > 0.002 mass %
-
Hg = Mercury > 0.0005 mass %
Deposit scheme for vehicle and traction batteries
According to § 10 BattG, we are obliged to charge a deposit of €7.50 including VAT when purchasing a new vehicle or traction battery, unless an old battery is returned.
The deposit is shown separately and is fully refunded upon return of the old battery.
Returns can only be made to our shipping warehouse or to certified recycling centers (postal return is not permitted).
Upon presentation of a receipt for the deposit, we will refund the deposit in full.
