Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs within our online shop depend on the destination country and the total weight of the order. For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are €7.00 for orders weighing up to 5 kg (shipping class "small"), €15.00 for orders from 5.1 kg to 10 kg (shipping class "medium"), €20.00 for orders from 10.1 kg to 40 kg (shipping class "large"), €110.00 for orders from 60 kg to 100 kg (shipping classes "TF1 & TF2"), and €450.00 for orders from 400 kg to 700 kg (shipping class "TF3").
Deliveries abroad :
For deliveries to countries of the European Union (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) the following shipping costs apply: €12.00 up to 5 kg ("small"), €30.00 from 5.1 kg to 10 kg ("medium"), €90.00 from 10.1 kg to 40 kg ("large"), €220.00 from 60 kg to 100 kg ("TF1 & TF2") and €550.00 from 400 kg to 700 kg ("TF3").
For deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK), shipping costs are €20.00 up to 5 kg (“small”), €40.00 from 5.1 kg to 10 kg (“medium”), €60.00 from 10.1 kg to 40 kg (“large”), €285.00 from 60 kg to 100 kg (“TF1 & TF2”) and €975.00 from 400 kg to 700 kg (“TF3”).
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
For deliveries to countries of the European Union (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), the following shipping costs apply: €90.00 for packages weighing 10.1 kg to 40 kg ("large"), €220.00 for packages weighing 60 kg to 100 kg ("TF1 & TF2") and €550.00 for packages weighing 400 kg to 700 kg ("TF3").
For deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK), shipping costs are €20.00 up to 5 kg ("small"), €40.00 from 5.1 kg to 10 kg ("medium").
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
The service will be provided within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment).
You will also be notified by email when it is available.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 14 days, and for deliveries abroad within 14-30 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
